The Perilous Dangers of Artificial Intelligence "IndyWatch Feed Capricornia"

AI experts say that AI could potentially start new cults, become an influential propaganda machine, disseminate misinformation and fake news, incite widespread public distrust of the media, thus corrupt free speech, and can ultimately defenestrate democracy.

Today, the Australians for Artificial Intelligence Safety Group created an open letter calling for the Australian government to take AI safety seriously and regulate the industry.

Despite calls around the globe and mounting concerns of the real-world harms that AI contributes to, a spokesperson for Australians for AI Safety Group said Minister for Industry and Science, Ed Husic, dismissed these warnings stating they are darkly negative. Members of the government, then, are not taking the catastrophic or existential risks of AI seriously, unlike other countries including Singapore and the UK. Singapore has created the AI Verify Foundation, working to develop AI testing tools to enable safe and responsible AI. Similar safety-focused government labs are proposed in the UK.  Australia is yet to propose a national lab of this kind.

The Wires Bianca Mulheron spoke with Professor Peter Vamplew, an expert in information technology at Federation University on the increasing dangers of Artificial Intelligence.

The secret to affordable meals providing relief amid soaring energy prices "IndyWatch Feed Capricornia"

Despite the Federal Governments intervention in the energy market, customers will see their electricity prices soar by as much as 25% depending on their region. With breaking news of impending gas shortages due this winter, Australians are in desperate need of alternatives to using gas for heating and cooking.

Surprisingly air fryers have become a beacon of affordability to Aussies, as they use significantly less power than conventional ovens. While pressure cookers are inexpensive and allow families to use cheaper ingredients, meals can be ready within 20 minutes music to the ears of many time-poor families.

The Wires Aryana Mohmood spoke to Emma White, Food Technologist and Founder of the Why Meat Co. about how appliances can help beat the cost of living and provide simple money-saving meals that Aussies can make at home.

First up, we wish to praise and thank the two people who sought us out regarding secret rock business. When dealing with sacred Original rocks, whether totally stationary or fully mobile, we never approach and always await their contact and instructions. We never initiate proceedings, and it is only after an invitation is extended that arrangements are then made to either inspect or receive.

What is fascinating when examining the next two additions is that outside being rocks they have nothing in common, serving completely purposes and methods of manufacture. The first offering is all about ceremonies, healing and stone axes, it is a series of highly significant interconnected engravings found on rock platforms. Unlike all of the individual rocks, of which we are the current custodians, there is no evidence of highly advanced technology well beyond the reach of any stone, bone and stick tool kit. Everything we saw and examined is the result of rock-on-rock rubbing and abrasion. Das Deutsche Heer am Pazifik (II) "IndyWatch Feed National"

Talisman Sabre

Realistische bungsmglichkeiten

Talisman Sabre 2023 beginnt an diesem Samstag (22.

Oil and gas industry campaign challenged for being misleading and worse "IndyWatch Feed National"

Contributed by Jim Hayes

Campaigners against the fossil fuel industry have taken issue with the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Associations (Appea) advertising campaign to convince Australia that gas is a green furl because it is 50 percent cleaner than coal, and essential to lowering greenhouse gases.

Lock the Gate and climate advocacy group Comms Declare have made a submission to the Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to launch an investigation. The Environmental Defenders Office has sent its own letter to the ACCC, accusing the advertising campaign of potentially misleading the public on several counts.

The fuss is about more than misleading the public. The claims are lies and deliberately withhold critical evidence that proves the fact. This form of dishonest advertising is now called greenwashing, and Appea is guilty of it.

Image from Victoria

This is why the submissions to the ACCC are calling for those responsible to be held accountable.

Greenwashing is dangerous because it delays action on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and undermines competition and consumer trust in green or renewable products, said Kirsty Ruddock, managing lawyer at the EDO.

Last month an Ad Standards panel found Appeas campaign had breached its codes covering environmental claims.

The downside is that the panel took a minimalist position of considering only the lack of clarity and detail on the claims made. It didnt consider whether the claims are true or false. It could have considered that gas emits a high level of methane gas, which is a more potent greenhouse gas that carbon. The 50 percent cleaner than coal tag is...

Collaboration with farmers key in conserving native ecosystems in agricultural landscapes "IndyWatch Feed Capricornia"

Australia has one of the worlds highest rates of deforestation.

Less than 5% of native vegetation remains on roadsides and private properties in South Australias York Peninsula, according to a new study.

In a bid to boost conservation in agricultural landscapes, researchers are calling for drastic changes to land management strategies to retain native ecosystems and prevent biodiversity loss. The study, between university of South Australia and Kangaroo Island Research Station frames a lens on empowering collaboration between farmers and regional communities by identifying barriers that obstruct preservation.

Traditional Owners rejoice as court overturns plan for Kimba nuclear waste dump "IndyWatch Feed Capricornia"

We won it for our grandparents, an echo of Bungarla Elder, Dawn Taylors sentiment, following the outcome of a six-year fight for Traditional Owners on SAs Eyre Peninsula.

What has been described as a David and Goliath case reached a victorious peak for Barngarla people with the Federal Court in Adelaide ruling in their favour, overturning the federal governments decision to build a nuclear waste dump near Kimba.

As reported by the Guardian, justice Natalie Charlesworth said the court would uphold an application by the Barngarla Determination Aboriginal Corporation due to apprehended bias and pre-judgement by former Coalition resources minister Keith Pitt.

Bitboy Predicts XRP Will Soar To $35 On Heels Of Ripple IPO "IndyWatch Feed National"

In a recent tweet, Ben BitBoy Armstrong, a controversial figure in the crypto community, stirred discussions with a noteworthy projection for the future price of XRP. The excitement began when Evan Luthra, an angel investor and Forbes 30 under 30 award winner, tweeted, XRP just surpassed BTC trading volume. Its now the highest trading crypto asset. Whats your price target for Ripple?

Will XRP Rise to $35?

BitBoys response can be classified as very bold when he said $15 is reasonable, I think over 18 months or so. If they IPO and time it right, could be up to $35 imo. At the heart of Armstrongs projection is his belief in the long-term growth potential of XRP, with the projected price of $15 signifying a whopping 1,720% increase from its current price.

This optimism may be bolstered by the recent legal victory by Ripple which has provided some clarity for XRP. Remarkably, BitBoys enthusiasm didnt stop at $15, as he suggested that XRPs price could potentially reach $35 if Ripple proceeds with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and times it strategically. Achieving this target would necessitate a staggering surge of 4,200%.

The rumors about an upcoming IPO of Ripple are not new. CEO Brad Garlinghouse hinted at the possibility already before the SEC lawsuit. Its likely the agency threw a wrench in the companys plans.

Nevertheless, it is crucial to approach such forecasts with caution, as BitBoy himself acknowledged the inherent unpredictability of the crypto market. Cryptocurrencies are renowned for their price volatility and susceptibility to various external factors, making accurate predictions a challenging task. BityBoy added:

Make no mistake it may not go that high but XRP IS breaking an all time high this cycle save some sort of pointless, vindictive SEC appeal. (Low chance)

Also, the influencers optimistic outlook on XRPs potential is not entirely new. In April, he had already identified XRP as his top altcoin pick for the next bull run, contingent on a favorable outcome in the SEC lawsuit. A positive resolution would provide the asset with much-needed legal and regulatory clarity, potentially acting as a further catalyst for growth.

In another tweet the influencer reacted to a Twitter user who stated Everything is breaking ATH this cycle. Armstrong answered that he doesnt think so, revealing his picks for such altcoins, Solana, Dogecoin, Shiba all potentially on that list. Previous top 10 coins that didnt make new aths last cycle: NEM, NEO, Dash, BCH, XRP (for good reason) etc. Dont fall into the same trap I did last cycle. Everything doesnt perform.

5 Amazing New Discoveries About Light "IndyWatch Feed National"

Ah Yes. for the record, we have multiple reports confirming that certain large animals coexisting on this planet can themselves do just this which is to induce an invisibility cloak.  Think shimmer man in particular.  that is what it would look like.

It appears that a mere light photon can have lots of geometry whose volume is less than needed to allow decay into a sublight particle.  Hmm.  They can also stick together and do odd things like clump up and perhaps somehow merge though that may mean a loss of information..

A lot of fundzamental questions remain unanswered.

Not least is the relationship to TIME produced by the creation of a fundamental particle pair.  This is tied directly to three dimensional particles while photons are sort of not at all.  right now i do think that all photons have a natural thickness measured by the inverse of empirical infinity  which will also vary slightly from Galaxy to Galaxy.

At least i can conjecture at least one firm dimension here and the other two can be all over the map as they obviously are.  again they are not interacting through TIME which is hte pendulum of our creation.

Geometrically we can think of them all mostly as platters for now with a thickness t which is a constant.

John Pilger, On The Betrayers Of Julian Assange "IndyWatch Feed National"

More than a decade on from his forced asylum and subsequent torture in 2012 at the hands of British and US authorities, Julian Assange remains abandoned by his own government, writes John Pilger.

I have known Julian Assange since I first interviewed him in London in 2010. I immediately liked his dry, dark sense of humour, often dispensed with an infectious giggle. He is a proud outsider: sharp and thoughtful. We have become friends, and I have sat in many courtrooms listening to the tribunes of the state try to silence him and his moral revolution in journalism.

My own high point was when a judge in the Royal Courts of Justice leaned across his bench and growled at me: You are just a peripatetic Australian like Assange. My name was on a list of volunteers to stand bail for Julian, and this judge spotted me as the one who had reported his role in the notorious case of the expelled Chagos Islanders. Unintentionally, he delivered me a compliment.

I saw Julian in Belmarsh not long ago. We talked about books and the oppressive idiocy of the prison: the happy-clappy slogans on the walls, the petty punishments; they still wont let him use the gym. He must exercise alone in a cage-like area where there is a sign that warns about keeping off the grass. But there is no grass. We laughed; for a brief moment, some things didnt seem too bad.

The laughter is a shield, of course. When the prison guards began to jangle their keys, as they like to do, indicating our time was up, he fell quiet. As I left the room he held his fist high and clenched as he always does. He is the embodiment of courage.

Those who are the antithesis of Julian: in whom courage is unheard of, along with principle and honour, stand between him and freedom. I am not referring to the Mafia regime in Washington whose pursuit of a good man is meant as a warning to us all, but rather to those who still claim to run a just democracy in Australia.

Theres really only one broad and factual newsworthy item these days and it underpins everything else: that is the defund and depopulate agenda. How To Deal With Dead Link Scammers "IndyWatch Feed National"

One of the unfortunate realities of publishing a wildly popular online newspaper is dealing with email scammers which isnt fun, until it is.

Most of the hundreds of emails New Matilda receives every day are bog standard media releases. But in amongst that, are every conceivable type of email scam that you can think of.

One of the more virulent is companies looking for New Matilda to link to their own websites. Many of them offer to pay for the links (Like Peter Dutton, New Matilda has a blanket no policy regardless of merit) and then others want it for free and so they try and trick you into it by telling you that existing links in already published New Matilda articles are dead, and thus should be updated to something more useful such a link to whatever horseshit product theyre pushing.

Below is one of the more ham-fisted attempts (the link in the New Matilda article they claimed is dead, was not dead at all) and New Matildas response which were pretty happy with, for a Thursday morning.

On Taylor Swift: revising, revisiting and resurrecting the self "IndyWatch Feed National"

Being a Swiftie comes with a flavour of shame. Although she is one of the worlds most accoladed pop stars, Swift is arguably also one of the most hated. Her music occupies a rare space, simultaneously enjoyed and reviled as musical hits, always maintaining a dual universality. Streaming over cereal boxes or jingling in the waiting room, Swifts music enjoys an underlying cultural presence in our daily life, as mundane as that of a bottle of milk.

Deep Winter Agrarian Gathering 2023: Declaration "IndyWatch Feed National"

Over the weekend of the 14th to 16th of July 2023, around 100 farmers and allies met on Gumbaynggirr lands for the annual Deep Winter Agrarian Gathering, the first following a 3-year hiatus. First Peoples have lived, farmed and cared for this land for thousands of years, and sovereignty was never ceded.  We were welcomed to this land by Uncle Micklo, who also taught us to speak our happiness to be on this land, in the local indigenous language.

The work we do on a daily basis is nourished by the activities of Deep Winter. The opportunity to see old friends and colleagues, meet new ones, build solidarity and connect with others in the field. This forum is a space for us to collectively discuss our challenges and successes, and share knowledge, experiences, and strategy to deepen our thinking and strengthen our movement.

This year farmers brought a wide range of topics for discussion, however, woven throughout every discussion was one theme, it came up again and again community and collaboration.  Farmers want this, they need it and it appears it may provide the solution to many of the hurdles faced by small scale farmers today. Sharing time, sharing resources, sharing knowledge, sharing burdens and risks and sharing the rewards.

Our conventional farming system isolates and sets farmers against one another through a competition mentality that is ingrained in much of what we do everyday. Small scale farmers are working together to break away from this. They are working together to increase reach, increase diversity, build each other up and shift the dominant mentality from competition to collaboration.

When new farmers are struggling to get started, we can support them through mentoring and examples of successful enterprise. We can help farmers get onto land, when there are financial barriers to access, by developing and sharing models for collectivising. How we develop the agreements that collective efforts are founded upon, need to be a shared resource. Examples from those already treading the path can help to light the way for those just starting out.

The cost and viability of small scale farming can be boosted by collectivising and creating larger grouped entities that maintain the integrity of small scale and local while having increased resilience, diversity and support. We are challenged to change our view point from ingredients to values. To see our products as more than the simple ingredients we are putting on the table to the values behind what we do, and help our communities to do the same.

No more secret trials: national security laws must protect open justice "IndyWatch Feed National"

The Human Rights Law Centre will today appear before the Independent National Security Legislation Monitor, Grant Donaldson SC, to call for urgent and comprehensive reforms to national security laws to protect open justice.

The Independent National Security Legislation Monitor (INSLM) is currently undertaking a review of the National Security Information (Criminal and Civil Proceedings) Act 2004 (NSI Act).

After revelations of the top-secret criminal prosecution of an intelligence officer known as Witness J, the INSLM conducted a targeted review in 2022 and recommended initial reforms to the NSI Act. The entire NSI Act is now under review to determine how a better balance can be struck between open justice and the protection of national security.

The Human Rights Law Centre made 14 recommendations in written submissions which included:

  • Open justice being included, recognised and preserved in the NSI Act

  • The repeal of a mandatory requirement for some hearings to be held in closed court

  • The removal of a provision that forces judges to give greatest weight to the view of the Attorney-General in determining the level of secrecy to apply

  • The appointment of independent expert to advocate for transparency in cases where secrecy is sought; and

  • The retention and periodic review of secret judgments and other closed court materials, with appropriate access.

The INSLM is due to report back to the Attorney-General by 31 October 2023.

Kieran Pender, Senior Lawyer at the Human Rights Law Centre, said:

Open justice is a critical democratic principle, protecting the human rights of all Australians. Yet in recent years we have seen the NSI Act used to shroud the prosecution of whistleblowers like Bernard Collaery, Witness J and David McBride in secrecy, and the fully-secret prosecution of Witness J. These cases undermine public confidence in our legal system.

Comprehensive reforms are required to put open justice at the heart of the NSI Act. Appropriate checks and balances are needed to ensure the NSI Act upholds open justice without compromising national security. If adopted, our recommendations would help ensure the sweeping secrecy in cases like Collaery and Witness J can never happen again.

Dan Andrews is right to cancel Commonwealth Games "IndyWatch Feed National"

Contributed by Joe Montero

Most of us get taken up by major sports events like the Commonwealth games and were looking forward for the next ones to take place in Australia. But as everyone knows now, they are off because the Victorian government says the state cant afford the cost blowout.

When all in considered, the states premier Dan Andrews was right to have the courage to say no. The cost blowout to $7 billion is far too much. There are far more important needs for the money to be spent on.

Photo by James Ross/AAP: Victorias premier Dan Andrews cancels Commonwealth Games

Efforts by parliamentary opponents trying to use the issue for their own political gain dont deserve to be rewarded for it. There are those functionaries and businesses suffering the loss of their own benefits. But their gain should not be at the cost of everyone elses loss.

The memory over the Tasmanian football stadium debacle is still fresh. Tasmanians held that other needs were more important. They killed it, and Dan Andrews has undoubtedly and for good reason taken this into account.

Channelling a significant part of the states budget to which is, after all a circus, would be irresponsible.  In the end, Victorians will not thank a government that did this and subsequently imposed the cost on them through cuts in services.

At a time when Australians are suffering from a cost of living blowout, there is a crying need to provide relief through more expenditure on affordable housing, health, and other measures that will help maintain a reasonable standard of living.

Money must be spent on transitioning to cleaner energy and building the infrastructure that help will generate a healthier economy to provide decent jobs and lift our income.

When a cost blowout on of this magnitude, up from $2.6 billion takes place, it throws up the suspicion that something not quite right has happened.  The reasons for the blowout have not been mad...

INTERVIEW: Mike Benz Exposing Gov-Big Tech Censorship Industry "IndyWatch Feed National"

With the rise of the public-private mass-censorship industry, federal agencies have built a command and control communications pipeline directly into Big Tech with frightening implications for the future of free, open and democratic societies.

In this episode of the Patrick Henningsen Show on TNT Radio which aired on July 18, 2023, Patrick talks with former US State Dept. official and executive director of Foundation for Freedom Online, Mike Benz, about the rise of the public-private mass-censorship industry based in Washington DC and Silicon Valley, but whose tentacles now span internationally. Federal agencies like the DHS (and its censorship arm CISA), the FBI and others have built a command and control communications pipeline directly into Big Tech, and deploy weaponized A.I. tools where they can enact speech control operations and manipulate political outcomes, and even elections. We discuss its emergence following Crimeas breakaway from Ukraine in 2014, and its proliferation in the aftermath of the 2016 election of Trump. All this and more. Listen:

The recent terrorist attack carried out by the US-UK-NATO axis and their Ukrainian proxy is an attempt to disable Russias Kerch Bridge which connects Crimea to the Russian mainland. Will their plan work?

In this episode of the Patrick Henningsen Show on TNT Radio which aired on July 17, 2023, Patrick talks with Irish journalist based in Moscow Chay Bowes, about the recent terrorist attack by the US-UK-NATO proxy regime in Kiev, as they attempted to disable Russias Kerch Bridge which connects Crimea to the Russian mainland and isolate Crimea in the process. As the Country Burns, Where Are Americas Climate Patriots? "IndyWatch Feed National"

Deep-red Texas is baking under a heat dome. True-blue Massachusetts is choking on the smoke of Canadian fires. Purple-state Arizona is scaling back residential construction as severe drought grips the Southwest.

The apolitical wrath of climate change has never been more apparent than it is today, begging the question: How can we forge a non-ideological consensus to take on the climate emergency?

The notion of a bipartisan crusade against the ravages of climate change in hyperpolarized America may seem positively quaint, especially with a Republican Party still largely denying the severity or, in some cases, the existence of the climate crisis. But in a nation where neither major party has been able to maintain unified power for more than a congressional cycle since 2007, what is the alternative?

The nation is under assault from an enemy that does not distinguish between races, creeds, religions, or political affiliations. The ravages of climate change are coming for all of us.

The urgency of the climate crisis does not allow for Pollyanna delusions of a progressive political tide that would rapidly usher in an era of aggressive climate policies. And even in the highly unlikely event of sustained, unified Democratic governance, recent history offers little assurance that Democrats would embrace the far-reaching agenda needed to stave off the worst effects of climate change. Indeed, the Democratic Party, both at the national and state level, has more than its share of climate incrementalists and outright fossil fuel industry apologists. Joe Manchin may be the bogeyman for climate activists, but he is far from alone among Democrats in his bowing to petrochemical interests.

So where does that leave us? Perhaps the answer is to reframe the need for urgent climate action in the most American of ways: as one that puts love of country above all else.

This is not a mere marketing strategy, but an approach guided by the undeniable facts of climate change. The nation is under assault from an enemy albeit one of our own making that does not distinguish between races, creeds, religions, or political affiliations. The ravages of climate change are coming for all of us.

In such circumstances, the only rational response is one that encourages alliances which transcend our broken politics and reject the doomsday path of denial, accommodation and gradual reform. The new climate patriot could be of any political persuasion, and could be just as easily...

Stunning documentary on the Swedish King "IndyWatch Feed Capricornia"

In an unprecedented coup of access to any Monarch, Karin af Klintberg assembled a documentary on King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden.  He was the youngest monarch to ascend a throne at age 27 over 50 years ago.

Director and creator Karin af Klintberg had sent thousands of emails to finally spend many hours with the King in interviews over an extensive 2 year period.  Gustaf did not like much of the constant photography and public engagements that a King had to endure, and was regarded as somewhat reclusive, so the achievement of this film is unlikely to be surpassed.

The King [Kungen] is part of the Scandinavian Film Festival starting today.

Lobbying in Australia "IndyWatch Feed Capricornia"

Lobbying groups are part of the democratic prosses in this country, yet the rules surrounding how they operate are vague at best. Lobby groups will have a more public presence this year leading up to the voice referendum, with multiple organisations on both sides ramping up their campaigns.

Lobbying is usually done behind closed doors, so this more public showing of lobbying is a good time to see how much sway Lobbyists have in parliament and what happens when they overstep their boundaries.

Seymour Hersh: Ordinary People by the Millions "IndyWatch Feed National"

Seymour Hersh / Substack Lunch with Tom Frank is a totally American experience. Hes a proud native of Kansas but far from a country boy: he got his doctorate from the University of Chicago and has written a series of influential books. He likes people, food, and telling it like it is. He teases the waiter, talks about a healthy salad, and then orders an overstuffed sandwich that he wolfs down as he dissects the increasingly crazed American political world. Hes not just a guy who happens to be bright and unpretentious and a lot of fun who has chosen to focus on American politics; hes a political prophet who two decades ago saw what others could not glimpse and published Whats the Matter with Kansas?, a bestseller that told how and why the working-class folks of Kansas, once radical progressives, have moved farther and farther to the right in recent years. It was a profound book that foretold much about our current political woes.

In 2016, the sweet-faced Frank put a shiv into the heart of the Democratic establishment in Listen, Liberal, a devastating account of the failures of the party. In 2020 he broadened his canvas to tell the story of populism in the US and its failure to take hold of the nations institutions, framed as a critique of its enemies, in The People, No: A Brief History of Anti-Populism.

His message is more relevant than ever, as we and the world face a most uncertain immediate future. We got into it over lunch a few weeks ago and he agreed to answer my questions in an edited version presented here.

SEYMOUR HERSH: How did we get to the political fault line that gave us a Donald Trump? When did it all start?

THOMAS FRANK: I sometimes feel like its the story of my life, because it all began shortly after I was born in 1965, during the Vietnam era. Within a few years came the beginning of the culture wars and the eclipsing of the old liberal consensus. Its important to remember two facts about it all: First, that every single battle in the culture wars has been presented to us over the years as a kind of substitute class war, as an uprising of ordinary people with their humble values, against the highbrow elite.

The other fact is that, at the same time the Republicans were perfecting the culture-war formula, the Democrats were announcing that they no longer wanted to be the party of blue-collar workers. They said this more or less openly in the early 1970s. They envisioned a more idealistic, more noble constituency out there in the form of the young people then coming off the college campuses plus the enlightened white-collar elite....

When the Moroccan womens football team steps out onto the pitch to face Germany on Monday 24 July, it will be making history.

For the first time, the Womens World Cup will feature a team from the Middle East and North Africa. And while the odds are against the debutants going far in the tournament, recent events - and the unprecedented success of their male counterparts - have shown that anything can happen.

Whatever the outcome, the teams place at the World Cup has shown neighbours and rivals what is possible.

We are proud of Morocco in Lebanon, Wael Chehayeb, of the Lebanese Football Association, told Middle East Eye. To have a women's team qualify for the World Cup from the Arab world is a great achievement. It is a big deal and an incentive for all of us. We have a good under-19 womens team in Lebanon and this can be an inspiration for them, and for everyone.

Its been an incredible 14 months for football in Morocco. In November and December, the mens national team beat European giants Belgium, Spain and Portugal on their way to the World Cup semi-finals, where they gave defending champions France a tough test. Moroccan fans filled the stadiums in Qatar, bringing a North African atmosphere to the worlds biggest stage.

Deputy Speaker and Member representing the women of South Bougainville, Hon Theresa Kaetavara attended the conference.
She was accompanied by Head of Parliamentary Services Robert Tapi and inter-parliament services officer Thomas Yobo, also attended.
According to Robert Tapi the House of Representatives is one of the strongest institutions now, amongst other parliaments in the Pacific Region.
We stand on the principle of democracy by when we reach the end of a term of parliament, we conduct very good elections.
He said this was because Bougainvilleans exercise their democratic rights to vote elected members of the house of representatives.
It is the peoples government and the people have the right to excise their voting rights, he added.
Tapi says this annual conference is where speakers and clerks of Parliament, go to share their work and experiences including functions of the House of Representatives and or Parliament, from Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Region.
He further added that the presence of Hon Kaetavara held positive influence during the conference.
Tapi said the Hon Kaetavara was able to learn and share her experiences of working in the house of representatives here in Bougainville. ENDS/////AK

Things Are Going Really Poorly for Putin in Ukraine "IndyWatch Feed National"

If you are reading the headline of this story and are following whats happening in Ukraine, you might be asking yourself: Really? But hasnt that much-hyped counteroffensive been less effective than the Ukrainians had hoped?

That may be true. However, when you take a step back and think about where things stand, you realize just how poorly the war is going for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Lets look at the big picture: Its been roughly a year and a half since his troops invaded Ukraine. Well, or at least tried to invade.

Since then, Russia has suffered massive losses, both in terms of lives and equipment destroyed. Its tough to say how many casualties the invading forces have suffered, but a new independent assessment estimates that 50,000 Russians have died so far.

In addition, Putins regime is hemorrhaging resources. That does not include the tanks that are being destroyed but also the missiles that Russia keeps firing at Ukraine. Those things dont grow on trees.

And for what? If you had asked Vlad the Invader in February of last year how much territory he thought he would have won by now, the answer probably would not have been Were hoping for some marginal gains in eastern Ukraine.

Obviously, it is true that Ukraine is also suffering heavy losses, and, as the smaller country, its casualties are more difficult to replace.

In addition, its not just soldiers who are getting killed (probably around 20-25,000) but also civilians (close to 10,000). Then there are the millions of refugees and thousands of people who have been abducted and abused.

But inflicting that kind of traumatic punishment on the Ukrainian people wasnt the goal; it was taking their land. And here, Russia has failed.

In defending its country, Ukraine has also used a lot of resources. However, as opposed to Russia, it is getting a steady supply of (often superior) weapons from Western countries, and they come free of....

13 Nations agree to engineer global FAMINE by destroying agriculture, saying that producing food is BAD for the planet "IndyWatch Feed National"

Mike Adams Natural News July 18, 2023

We are now being told that producing food is bad for the planet. To save the planet, globalists insist, farms must be shut down across the globe.

Under the guise of reducing methane emissions, thirteen nations have signed a pledge to engineer global famine by gutting agricultural production and shutting down farms. Announced earlier this year by the Global Methane Hub a cabal of crisis engineers who exploit public panic to destroy the world food supply those thirteen nations are:

Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Chile, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Germany, Panama, Peru, Spain, the United States, and Uruguay.

Imagine no meat production from Australia, Brazil and the USA. This is the goal of the globalists. And they admit its all part of the climate fraud which has been thoroughly exposed as a quack science hoax, by the way. As Luis Planas, Spains Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food says, I am glad to see the shared commitment by the international community to mitigate methane emissions from agriculture as a means to achieve the goals we signed for in the Paris Agreement on climate.

Food systems are responsible for 60% of methane emissions, warns Marcelo Mena, CEO of the Global Methane Hub. She is saying that farming is destroying the planet. Hence, their demand to shut down farms. Without farms, you have no food. And without food, you get exactly what Kamala Harris called for over the weekend: Reduced population.

The depopulation agenda is no longer even a secret. They are bragging about it.

And heres their logic: FOOD = GLOBAL WARMING. So they are attacking food and shutting it down.

Cows and chickens to be replaced by crickets and insect larvae

Enjoy the crunchy fake meat patties and Cricket McNuggets. Soon, youll be eating bugs because meat will be wildly unaffordable due to the governments shutting down farms and ranches. As...

Bloomberg hit-piece targeting anti-child-trafficking film Sound of Freedom was penned by LGBT activist who opposed stigmatizing pedophiles "IndyWatch Feed National"

Joseph Mackinnon The Blaze July 17, 2023

The author of Bloombergs Saturday smear of the massively successful anti-child-trafficking film Sound of Freedom was penned by a radical LGBT activist who has argued in favor of destigmatizing pedophilia.

Noah Berlatskys apparent eagerness to brand the films popularity as ominous has prompted others online to both consider his possible motivations and review his past writ on the subject of pedophilia.

The critique

In his July 15 Bloomberg article, entitled QAnon and Sound of Freedom Both Rely on Tired Hollywood Tropes, which has since been republished by the Washington Post, Berlatsky suggested that the film has been embraced by the far right and Christians in part because the far right is motivated by myths of corrupted innocence and corruption avenged.

Berlatsky rehashed claims advanced in a similar hit-piece by a senior writer at Rolling Stone, intimating that the films presentation of trafficking is misleading.

As if to reassure, Berlatsky claimed that the majority of children sexually trafficked are actually between the ages of 15 and 17, adding that in 41% of the cases, a family member was involved. Behind those numbers are often stories of addiction, disowned LGBTQ+ people and trading sex on the street to survive.

Thats why experts worry that Sound of Freedoms stranger danger narrative, and the way it centers on victims who are as innocent and as sympathetic as possible, may make it more difficult to organize help for less perfect victims when they are targeted by those close to them, he continued.

Just as the depiction of victims as innocent or sympathetic are allegedly problematic, so too are the Hollywood depictions of good and bad where the bad guys are unremittingly evil, and the good guys are sensitive and unfailingly virtuous.

Is Sound of Freedom a QAnon dog whistle, or is it just another thriller? The answer is that whatever the filmmakers intentions it functions as both, wrote Berlatsky. These narratives do little to help victims. But they can create coalitions of feeling, disgust and righteous rage that connect conservative conspiracy theorists with the mainstream....

Heat Is Radiating From A Huge Mass Under The Moon "IndyWatch Feed National"

Of course we do not know for sure but this is likely. We have granetic masses all over and they are typically intrusions telling of a hot mass of rock squeezing upward without all the drama of volcanism.  again, rare elements do not concentrate but radiate to produce heat.  So yes this is the likely answer.

Yet i also conjecture that this lunar crust was also boosted straight out of the Pacific basin on Earth itself before water went to work to alter everything.  I would like to see a live debate on this impossibility to establish a balance of probabilities.

We already know that the MOON is very much a Deus ex Machina.  More important it is ours and is used to sustain our hyper stable surface climate.  It is also impossible that it was not manufactured top to bottom. after knowing that, it is then all about inferances.

Deserved Cancellations: Victoria Rejects the Commonwealth Games "IndyWatch Feed National"

Hosting sporting events has always been a governments formula to distract their seducible subjects.  Its the choir turned into flesh and performance.  If such occasions are of sufficient scale, they might even be political promotions, body beautiful types paraded and performing before clapping and glorifying spectators.  Sponsors also have their share of exposure. Horrendous expenses can thereby be justified, raids on the treasury written off in the name of improving societys spiritual being.

For all their heralded merits, mega sporting events usually have two clear outcomes: the budget blowout followed by the White Elephant syndrome.  In that effort, other spending programs will be slashed or sacrificed altogether.  But the propagandists will always shoot back: the sporting show is not merely the athlete on display but a form of renewal, a communal release.  Why such renewal cannot happen without the building of sporting facilities with public funds is never made clear, though much is made of consumer spending, be it on food, drink and accommodation.

Such issues, and more beside, have been ignited with the cancellation of the 2026 Commonwealth Games by the Victorian state government.  Premier Daniel Andrews, in announcing the matter on July 18, stated that the cost of hosting the Commonwealth Games in Victoria would exceed A$6 billion, more than twice the estimated economic benefit the Games would bring our state.

Andrews explains the main reason for originally agreeing to host the Games: to deliver lasting benefits in housing, tourism and sporting infrastructure for regional Victoria.  It was flawed reasoning from the start, linking the hosting of a sporting event with a social, economic program.  But even more critically, the decision to host an event no one else wanted was made even as the states debt was ballooning.  Victoria faces deficits fed by the borrowing of A$31.5 billion worth in emergency funds to combat the COVID pandemic.  The cynics had to venture the point that this whole affair was an indulgent political gambit, at least in part: to pitch for the Games would earn rewards at the November 2022 poll.

Given such money problems, the burgeoning costs came to be seen as something of a nightmare.  This was hardly helped by the governments own decision to essentially avoid the pre-existing facilities already available in Melbourne.  The decision to spread the games across four regional hubs in Victoria was always going to swell the sum in any logistical sense.

In place of not hosting the games, the Andrews government is offering a comprehensive A$2 billion package to ensure regional Victoria still receives....

The Albanese Government can end 10 years of engineered cruelty "IndyWatch Feed Niugini"

The Human Rights Law Centre is calling on the Albanese Government to end 10 years of calculated, cruel policies inflicted on people who came to Australia seeking safety.

A decade ago today, former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd announced he would not allow any person seeking asylum by sea to settle in Australia. Thousands of people were subsequently sent to detention camps in Nauru and Papua New Guinea.

In Nauru and Papua New Guinea, the Australian Government oversaw torturous conditions of detention, the separation of families, grossly inadequate medical treatment, sexual abuse, and failures of care for children. The decision resulted in irreparable physical and mental harm and ultimately, the deaths of at least 14 people.

After powerful resistance from refugees, the last remaining people detained under Australia's offshore detention policy were evacuated from Nauru. However, the Albanese Government has confirmed that it will continue to keep the detention centre in Nauru open.

The Albanese Government refuse to evacuate 80 people, who were previously detained on Manus Island from Papua New Guinea, and continues to deny thousands of people their right to safe, permanent resettlement.

The Human Rights Law Centre will join demonstrations across the country to call on the Albanese Government to:

  1. End offshore detention;

  2. Evacuate the 80 people still in Papua New Guinea

  3. Provide permanent safety to all people affected by offshore detention and the flawed Fast Track process.

Sanmati Verma, Managing Lawyer at the Human Rights Law Centre:

In offshore detention, the Australian government designed a system of calculated cruelty which is now being exported to other parts of the world, to torture and punish people seeking safety.

Every person sent to Nauru or PNG has lost years of their lives and been separated from loved ones because of the intentionally punitive policies of successive Australian governments. The Albanese Government must end offshore detention, evacuate the 80 people stranded in PNG, and give these people who have resisted the Australian Governments brutality, their right to make a safe and permanent home here.

Uncertain visa status has been weaponised to further punish people who have been transferred to Australia, to compel them to accept resettlement in third countries or return home. The Albanese government must recognise peoples right to rebuild their lives in safety and in freedom.

New Evidence In Tupac Shakur Murder Case As Las Vegas Police Conduct Search "IndyWatch Feed National"

The tragic demise of Tupac Shakur, an iconic figure in the world of hip-hop, has been a topic of intrigue and speculation for over two decades. The investigation into his murder, which took place in Las Vegas in 1996, has been fraught with controversy and unanswered questions.

On that fateful night of September 7, 1996, Tupac Shakur was shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. He was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries six days later. The murder of this influential rapper sent shockwaves through the music industry and his fans worldwide.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) was tasked with the responsibility of investigating this high-profile case. However, despite their best efforts, the case remains unsolved, and the identity of Tupacs killer remains unknown.

In a recent development, the LVMPD executed a search warrant at a residence in Las Vegas as part of the ongoing investigation into Tupacs murder. The search warrant was issued following a tip received by the police department, according to the Associated Press. The police have not disclosed the specifics of the tip or the results of the search, citing the ongoing nature of the investigation.

The execution of the search warrant has reignited interest in the case, with many hoping that this could be a significant breakthrough in the long-standing mystery surrounding Tupacs murder. However, the LVMPD has cautioned against speculation and has reiterated their commitment to conducting a thorough and comprehensive investigation.

Eliminationism Starts With Language "IndyWatch Feed National"

25 years ago at the annual meeting of Portlands Lesbian Community Project, there was a motion on the floor to adopt a statement recognizing trans people as partners in liberation and trans women who joined LCP as full members with rights indistinguishable from other members.

During the discussion from the floor the people who objected to the proposal also rejected all the language necessary to talk about the proposal. They insisted that they were not cis, not not trans, and not non-trans. There was no language acceptable to them which would even allow the debate to be had. Woman, lesbian, and normal were all terms to be used exclusively for them and those these opponents personally validated.

Cis objections to the word cis as well as phrases like non-trans are 100% about who controls normal, but the effort to control normal is not an end of its own. Controlling language or normality and other words and phrases central to discussing the social realities of sex and gender are also about whether or not we are even allowed to have conversations. If opponents of gender liberation sufficiently control the language, then certain ideas cannot be effectively communicated, and meaningful understandings of trans lives cannot even be articulated. Without those understandings, that information about who trans people are, what the trans experience is, and even what is meant by the word trans, there can be no such thing as trans advocacy.

And that is the world they wish to occupy: a world in which they are not merely centred as normal, but a world in which no one can say transness exists, and no argument could ever be articulated in favour of trans humanity. Imagine a world in which sex and gender discrimination is banned, but so is deviation from sex and gender norms. It sounds weirdly dystopian, but its exactly the world weve occupied for much of my life.

For the cis supremacists, rebutting the arguments that trans people are people and that trans rights are human rights is tiring, and places them on the defensive. It even, occasionally, causes them to appear gauche.Their response to the debilitating possibility that they might feel awkward is, obviously, that language must be constructed such that those arguments cannot exist in the first place. Likewise books that make such arguments must be banned. They arent resistant to a particular position on the best way to construct a just world. Like the racists with whom John Venn would be happy to show their extensive overlap, they object to any effort to create a just world.

Their answer (book banning, language control) is also, not incidentally, the answer arrived at by IngSoc, who did not defend their positions so much as obviate defense by eliminating critique: first by linguistic control, later by thought control, and in the last re...

Ukraine Lost Several Armies During Ongoing Conflict Russian Mission to UN

"And the Western countries, instead of stepping up diplomatic efforts, chose to double their support for Ukraine and arms supplies," Dmitry Polyansky added

UNITED NATIONS, July 18. /TASS/. Ukraine has lost more than one army and almost all of its weapons ever since it refused to engage in negotiations, Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyansky said at a Security Council meeting.

"The Bucha provocation created the necessary smokescreen, which the Ukrainian leadership used to cover the fact that they chose armed confrontation with Russia instead of peace," Polyansky pointed out, "And the Western countries, instead of stepping up diplomatic efforts, chose to double their support for Ukraine and arms supplies."

"The price of this fateful decision for Ukraine was hundreds of thousands of dead and injured young Ukrainians, whom the Kiev regime now continues to throw into the meat grinder on the eastern and southern fronts, trying in vain to prove to its Western curators that Ukraine can win," the diplomat said, "Since the beginning of the conflict, the country has lost several armies and has practically run out of its own weapons."

IPAN welcomes India's withdrawal from forthcoming Talisman Sabre war exercises in Shoalwater Bay, Queensland "IndyWatch Feed National"

IPAN LogoIn a media release on 17 July 2023, Annette Brownlie of the welcomed the decision by India not to particpate in the 'Talisman Sabre military exercises which were scheduled to be held from 22 July in Queensland's Shoalwater Bay. Other participants are New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

Indias withdrawal from the Talisman Sabre war exercises welcomed

Indias withdrawal from the Talisman Sabre war exercises is a very welcome announcement, according to Ms Annette Brownlie, spokesperson for the Independent and Peaceful Australia Network (IPAN).

United States and Australian government hopes for India joining the Quad and making it a military alliance have been dashed by Indias withdrawal from the Talisman Sabre war games, said Ms Brownlie.

Cancellation of this practice for a war against China would be in the best interest for peace in our region, she said.

The Talisman Sabre exercises are set to commence in Queensland, Northern Territory and other states on 22nd July. 30,000 troops primarily from the US and Australia with smaller number from other countries will participate in the largest-ever joint war exercises to develop the coordination between forces under US command in preparation for war. Every indication is that the preparation is for a war against China.

IPAN believes it is highly significant that India has recognized the purpose of this war exercise and decided to pull out of it, said Ms Brownlie.

IPAN supports the call by the Pacific Peace Network for cancellation of this war exercise which does nothing to promote peace in our region. To the contrary, it heightens tensions and raised the risk of an error or mishap that could trigger a break-out of hostilities in our region.

Messenger RNA Vaccines in Meat Animals "IndyWatch Feed National"

Messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccines became a household term during the COVID-19 pandemic. But many are unaware that these experimental shots may be used in livestock intended for food.

Concerns that mRNA injections could end up "in the global protein supply chain" prompted warnings from cattle producers and calls for mandatory country of origin labeling (MCOOL) so consumers can choose meat from countries that dont allow mRNA shots in meat animals.Backlash quickly ensued, with media spinning a familiar tune and trying to paint the valid concerns as "conspiracy theories," "fearmongering" and "misinformation."2

Cattle Groups Calls for Caution Over mRNA in Beef

In an April 2023 news release, Ranchers-Cattlemen Action Legal Fund United Stockgrowers of America (R-CALF USA), a nonprofit that represents interests of independent U.S. cattle producers, shared concerns about the use of mRNA shots in meat animals.

Max Thornsberry, DVM, R-CALFs animal health committee chair, met with medial doctors and a molecular biologist before briefing the R-CALF USA board:3

"Thornsberry reported that some researchers have found that mRNA and its coded virus is likely passed from an injected human to a noninjected human, and to humans who have consumed dairy products or meat from an mRNA-injected animal.

He said that because the research on mRNA is still in its infancy, no one really knows the full impact it has on either humans or animals, particularly its long-term impact. He said this itself warrants more extensive mRNA research focused on safety, heightened public vigilance, and greater transparency."

In a commentary, R-CALF CEO Bill Bullard also urged caution regarding mRNA injections, stating:4

"Its not a vaccine as we typically understand vaccines. So, for the rest of this discussion, Ill refer to it as an injection. Its an injection of a laboratory-produced substance into humans or livestock that is coded with a particular virus, such as COVID-19, that produces an immune response against the particular virus.

And what does mRNA do? Well, it hijacks living cells, tricking them into producing some level of immunity against human viruses like COVID-19 and livestock viruses such as foot-and-mouth disease or lumpy skin disease. It does this by rewriting the instructions from the bodys DNA. And what are the potential risks to humans and livestock?

The truthful answer is we dont...

Porgera has an estimated gold reserves of 10 million ounces. After an initial ramp up, it is forecast to produce an average of 500,000 ounces per year. Credit: Zijing Mining

The Porgera gold mine in Enga Province has been under care and maintenance since its closure in April 2020 following the stalling of negotiations over a new special mining lease.

With negotiations finally completed following the signing of the Porgera Project Commencement Agreement (PPCA) in March and outstanding tax issues seemingly resolved all that is now required for the mine to be reopen is for a Special Mining Lease (SML) be issued to its newly-constituted operator, New Porgera Limited (NPL).

Under PNGs Mining Act, certain statutory requirements have to be met for an SML to be issued. The first of these is a Wardens Hearing, which has been gazetted for 31 July at Engas Paiam Sports Field and 1 August in Tari Square, Hela Province.

The Looming Addiction Crisis Fueled by AI "IndyWatch Feed National"

From Insider: The first Adderall ad appeared in my Instagram feed during the height of pandemic isolation. I thought the slick 30-second video promising me a super easy way to get ADHD medication was another gimmick. But after the algorithm pushed a few more plugs my way, I started to get curious. The drugs, to my surprise, were real. Unlike countless sketchy ads for black-market supplements, Cerebral, the then-hot telehealth startup behind the ads, offered a legal path to prescription medications.

It was indeed a super easy path too easy. My intake process to get prescribed a potentially addictive amphetamine turned out to be easier than getting Taylor Swift tickets or an appointment with my primary-care physician. Even as I doubted that I met the clinical criteria for ADHD, I could honestly answer the vague, brief self-assessment (e.g., How often do you have difficulty paying attention when you are doing boring or repetitive work?) and receive the same result as tens of thousands of AI-targeted customers: You have some symptoms consistent with ADHD. We suggest further evaluation. When I spoke to a Cerebral nurse practitioner for all of 13 minutes, the experience was much the same. Ferbrache: You may have missed a startling part of Wray's testimony on backdoor gun control "IndyWatch Feed National"

FBI Director Chris Wray was again House Republicans' favorite punching bag. With daily revelations from House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and Charles Grassley (R-IA) in the Senate virtually cementing Hunter Biden's role as a major influence peddler to foreign countries, including China, Republicans want answers from the FBI as evidence on Hunter seems to implicate the President. Wray's interrogators went after him on a smorgasbord of allegations of the FBI violating its own policies and procedures, i.e., the Durham Report, and egregious Constitutional violations of citizens' rights. Wray's evasiveness enraged Republicans seeking answers to, among other concerns: Whether the FBI used undercover agents or directed sources to, maybe enthusiastically, participate in the Jan. 6 riot, and what is the Bureau's alleged relationship with the ubiquitous Ray Epps? In another curiously timed development, Epp's attorney indicated the government now intends to charge...

Calling Time on the Commonwealth Games? Sporting Events Demise May Mirror Organisations Decline "IndyWatch Feed National"

Victorias withdrawal from hosting the 2026 Commonwealth Games has thrown the future of the event into serious doubt. The Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) had been struggling to find a host until the Australian state volunteered in April 2022. Bank of International Settlements

There cant really be an institution that includes 63 of the worlds central banks and our trusted mainstream media not really report on it, can there?

J.P. Morgan, the actual person, along with several other prominent bankers of his era, helped form the Bank of International Settlements in the early 1930s as an answer to the complex global environment of the time.

Today, the bank is headquartered in Basel (Switzerland). Just a couple of weeks ago, it released its blueprint for the future of the monetary system.

The report is lengthy, and I went through it.

Its revolutionary. Once implemented, it reveals how the future includes more central banking in your daily lives than ever before along with elements from cryptography, cybersecurity, and hard assets if done right.

Additionally, it offers hope for privacy and individual rights in countries where citizens arent pissing away their freedoms for security.

This is probably the most educational publication weve authored in our history, so if you want to know what report 63 of the worlds largest central banks have been handed in the past 14 days, here is the gist of it:

  • The Bank of International Settlements envisions a monetary system with far less intermediaries just like Bitcoin enthusiasts are passionate about
  • The chief part of their proposed framework is tokenization

Clean me a river: Southeast Asia chokes on Mekong plastic pollution "IndyWatch Feed Niugini"

The marine biodiversity hotspot known as the Coral Triangle is home to more than 76% of the worlds known coral species and more than 3,000 species of fish. It sustains the livelihoods of more than 100 million people living along the coasts of Indonesia, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, the Solomon Islands and Timor-Leste. Its also home to a lot of plastic. Much of the waste clogging the waters of Coral Triangle countries is the result of poor waste management at the local and national levels. But a recent study published in the Journal of Marine Science and Engineering shows that plastic also comes from much farther afield. It found that microplastics in the Mekong River in mainland Southeast Asia are spreading to the densely populated coasts of the archipelagic countries of the Philippines and Indonesia. As the region hosts some of the richest fauna and flora on the planet, experts say these findings show that cooperation between Southeast Asian nations is crucial to reduce the harm done to marine life and the communities that depend on aquatic resources. Trajectory of the plastic drift from the Mekong River in 15 months, according to a recent simulation.  The green dots show the initial location of plastic waste, blue dots show plastic still in motion, and red dots show plastic that has been stranded on shore. How Nehru banished Hindu heritage from education "IndyWatch Feed Niugini"

How Nehru banished Hindu heritage from education first shown on Taazakhabar News

How Nehru banished Hindu heritage from education

There is a common belief that Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, in the guise of promoting secularism and scientific temper, banished Hindu culture and heritage from the Indian education system.

To prove the point I would like to suggest a simple experiment. Please wait outside any college and ask the students whether they know who Aryabhatt, Varahmihir, Kanad, Nagarjun, Aapastamb, Baudhayan, Bhaskaracharya, Brahmgupt and Katyayan et al were and what they had done; what is the Bakhshali Manuscript known for; who invented the decimal-place value numeral notation; what is Lilawati; what is so special about the Brihadeeshwar Temple at Tanjore, the Kailasnath Temple at Ellora, the Amriteshwar Temple in Karnataka, or the Sucheendram Aanjaneyar Temple at Kanyakumari;  what are the different types of surgeries mentioned by Sushruta; what is Wootz steel and what was so special about it; why is it that the Iron Pillar of Delhi standing next to the Qutub Minar has not rusted even after exposure of about 1,600 years to the elements; and where the formula of a toxic gas that could be used in warfare has been mentioned in ancient texts; to name a few.

Who kept Indians in the dark about Hindu heritage?
